Student- Profiles

I am the first student of MITS, the institute founded and directed by me. Every time I visit it, it inspires me exactly the same as when I was a student in BITS, Pilani. My last 10 years have been in Massachusetts where the great MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is. Mittal Institute of Technology & Science is not yet another Mysterious Institute of Technology & Science. It is as much concrete as any other institute. The difference lies in the fact that I am using an advanced level of technology and management. I am studying at MITS and I will keep posting what I learn as the time and resources permit. My foundations are from Birla Schools and BITS, Pilani. I learnt many things at Department of Electronics, ORG Systems and C-DOT (Center for Development of Telematics) and industry in USA. Thanks to all of them plus all other sources of education. My special thanks to my parents, family, teachers and friends who guided me in my early life and who inspired me to carry on. Thanks to my colleagues in the industry who helped me realize the significance of education received in schools and college. Technology and Science are advancing at awesome speeds. Knowledge is not just a means, it is an end in itself. In many cases, knowing the benefits of what you are attempting to learn can be a motivational factor. However, there is no way to predict the benefits in advance. What should we learn? Why should we learn? How should we learn? How much should we learn? How do we measure the quality of what we learn? Who teaches us? How good is the teacher? Who will recognize what we learn? Who will reward us for what we learn? What is the economic significance of what we learn? I find all subjects very interesting and a great pleasure in their study.
